- I understand that photos I submit may be displayed on the Pack 3726 public website (nw-pack3726.com).
- I confirm that I have permission to submit these photos and consent to their public display.
- I understand that once published online, photos may be viewed, downloaded, or shared by website visitors.
- Pack 3726, its leadership, volunteers, and the Chartered Organization are not responsible for any misuse of photos by third parties after publication.
- I understand that Pack leadership reviews all submissions and reserves the right to decline any photo for any reason.
- I will not include full names of minors in captions or notes to protect Scout privacy.
